OpenGL is a low-level, language agnostic, OS and hardware independent API for rendering 3D graphics using GPU acceleration. This talk, by Paul Brook, will introduce how OpenGL renders a 3D model to the screen, how to use it, and how it's evolved to make use of the capabilities of modern shader-based hardware.
